Artiprints.com is operated by the ArtiPrints Team. We design, sell, and ship physical art prints and custom printed products worldwide.

2. What personal information we collect

Upload a photo for a custom product	The image(s) you upload (only stored as long as needed to fulfil and potentially reprint your order)
Sign up for our newsletter	First name (optional) and email address
Contact us	Whatever you choose to send us in the message

That’s it. We don’t ask for birthdays, social security numbers, or anything unnecessary.

3. How we use your information

• To process, print, and ship your order (the whole reason we need your address!)
• To communicate with you about your order (tracking updates, delays, etc.)
• To send you marketing emails only if you’ve opted in (new collections, restocks, exclusive discounts – usually 1–3 emails per month)
• To improve our website and products (anonymous analytics only)
• To comply with legal obligations (taxes, accounting, etc.)

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• Printful – our print-on-demand and fulfilment partner (Privacy Policy)
• Stripe & PayPal – payment processors (Stripe | PayPal)
• Brevo – our email marketing platform (Privacy Policy)
• Shipping carriers – name and address only
• Legal authorities if required by law

5. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies only (for cart functionality and checkout) and Plausible Analytics – privacy-first, cookie-free, anonymous usage stats (no personal data collected). No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no creepy tracking.

5.1 Cookie Consent Banner

We use a cookie consent banner to inform you about the cookies on our site and obtain your consent where required. The banner allows you to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage your preferences.

Essential cookies (required for site functionality like adding items to your cart) are always active. Analytics cookies (from Plausible – privacy-friendly and cookie-free) help us understand site usage anonymously without tracking personal data.

• Order data & uploaded images: kept for 7 years (legal/tax requirements) and for potential reprints
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
• Account data: until you ask us to delete it

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

You can always access, correct, delete your data, unsubscribe, or withdraw consent. Just email orders@artiprints.com – we’ll handle your request within 48 hours.

8. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is strictly limited to the ArtiPrints team members who need it.

9. Children

Our site is not intended for anyone under 16. If we discover data from a child under 16, we will delete it immediately.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States or EU under strict privacy standards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable).

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy anytime. The latest version is always here with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site means you accept changes. Significant changes will be notified by email where possible.
